Platform Rules
To register and use the superph platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines where online gaming is permitted under applicable local laws. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. superph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Accounts found to belong to ineligible users will be suspended and any pending balances may be withheld pending review. Each person may only hold one registered account on the platform; duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in permanent suspension.
All financial transactions on superph are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, and processing times may vary depending on the method selected. superph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are displayed in your account dashboard before you confirm any transaction. You must not use payment methods that do not belong to you; using a third-party payment account is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
The superph platform is provided for entertainment purposes and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the platform in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to other users or to the integrity of the platform. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, use automated tools or bots, or engage in any form of collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. All bets placedare final once confirmed and cannot be reversed or cancelled after submission. superph reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or where the odds or game outcome was clearly incorrect due to a system error. You are responsible for ensuring your internet connection is stable when placing bets, as superph cannot be held liable for bets lost or missed due to connectivity issues on your end.
You are solely responsible for keeping your superph account credentials secure and confidential at all times. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any other person, including friends or family members. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately so that appropriate action can be taken to protect your account. superph will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel, and any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your superph account and enabling any additional security features available in your account settings. superph cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the superph platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. By using the platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any such disputes. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
